Is it a boy or a girl?

We have been asked that question a zillion ( ok, maybe I did exaggerate on the numbers *lol*) times either by friends or colleagues who has seen Jeremy on our weekend outings. It first happened when he was a wee 3 months old, and I thought ok, maybe they can't tell the difference at that point in time and just wanted to be polite instead of assuming that the baby is a "he" or a "she". Since then, we have been inundated with the same question over and over again in the last couple of months by different people. The same question was again posed to us this morning as we were doing our weekly grocery shopping in Bangsar and I just cringed. I mean Jeremy is close to 8 months old and people still can't tell whether he is a boy or girl?! I mean it's not like I dress him up like a pansy. He doesn't even wear pink! I mean, sure he has long eye lashes , rosy cheeks and the sideburns.... but that doesn't make him look like a girl, does it? I just can't understand how people still can't tell that he's a boy and a real one too and not pinocchio! Is it so hard to tell the difference?

People questioned whether Malaika is a boy or a girl. Well, I am cool about it. It is sometimes quite difficult to diffentiate the baby's gender.

Jeremy looks so boyish.
